IN.pensions
is a new and innovative Retirement Scheme Administration solution
designed to cater for: -
- Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit
schemes,
- with insured benefit.
IN.pensions also caters for member investment
choice and investment in any type of investment medium (managed
or guaranteed funds, or any combination thereof).
IN.pensions greatly enhances administration
productivity and member service levels by enabling easy access to
online information by participating employers, administrators, principal
officers, trustees, members and other role players scattered at
various locations. This together with a streamlining of the collection
and validation of data, and the high level of automation of processes
results in lower administration costs.
IN.pensions supports all retirement scheme
types - insured, self-administered and third party administration.
It provides for an unlimited number of contribution types and an
unlimited number of investment mediums, and enables contributions
to be split between any number of investment mediums. Investments
can be unitised with monthly and daily pricing or bonus added monthly
or annually with final and interim declarations.
Membership data is collected electronically via direct
links to employers' payrolls or to the employers' payroll office.
The data is validated and the client is able to correct the data
before submission to the retirement scheme administration system.
The client authorises the data and income is then collected via
EFT.
Access for members and employers to member information
and benefit statements is via the Internet and claim information
is supplied by the employer via the Internet.
Benefit flexibility is provided by utilising a powerful
Benefits Engine, which provides many permutations of benefit structure
rules for a retirement scheme and the facility to copy benefit structures.
A highly flexible accounting infrastructure enables
an accounting structure to be tailored for each scheme or shared
across schemes. Accounting disciplines are imposed at a member level
with member financial movements recorded as accounting transactions.
Transactions are summarised at a scheme level and can be interfaced
to any accounting package if required.
Flexible, customisable reporting facilities are available
to the client and the administrator.
